Different cleaning methods
Different products or levels of contamination require different cleaning methods. One such method is the bake out, also called outgassing. In this process, the temperature in the oven is raised significantly, after which the products are placed inside for several hours. This will ultimately ensure that the contaminating liquids are broken down. This bake out process must meet all kinds of strict requirements. These are established in the ASML conditions.
