Increasingly higher demands are placed on surfaces of high-tech products. The cleaning of surfaces goes beyond dust particles and pollution, invisible pollution at the molecular level and even (static) electricity must also be considered. For all types of cleaning, you can contact RVS Clean.
FULLY AUTOMATIC CLEANING
The basis of our services is the cleanroom cleaning of all kinds of surfaces. In our state-of-the-art cleanroom, we provide all kinds of cleaning methods that meet your needs.
On our shop floor we have the EcoCcore cleaning machine. This vapor cleaning machine ensures optimal results, in the shortest possible time. We use the standards of ASML where we can clean Grade 4 and Grade 2. We also have an Ecowave cleaning machine at our disposal where we automatically clean Grade 4 and Grade 2 plastics in particular.
We can easily clean many products by machine. But sometimes it happens that products need just that little bit of extra care. For this we treat the products by hand to guarantee the best quality.
SUBLIMOTION
If projects need to be really clean at the start, you can also contact us for the patented SUBLIMOTION process®.
A unique blasting method in which the surface is not only cleaned, but also the product is given the ideal topography to limit the adhesion of microscopic contamination as much as possible.
ULTRASONIC CLEANING
We have an ultrasonic cleaning installation with 120-litre baths. With these baths we can clean a wide variety of products fully automatically. Meters built into the baths constantly monitor the quality of the liquids. This is how we guarantee consistent quality. Our cleaning baths are directly connected to our cleanroom.
ASSEMBLY
One of our goals is to unburden customers. To speed up the throughput of our customers, we can also assemble products in our cleanroom. The high demands that companies place on the assembly of high-tech products are also self-evident to us. Because our work must ensure an even better lifespan of these products. In our cleanroom, we therefore take care of the assembly of products that meet your requirements. The perfect quality, that is our standard.
Cleanroom packaging
In addition to assembly, the cleaning and packaging of products is a very important part of the process. At RVS Clean we can take over this part completely for you, saving you time and money and focusing on your own production process.
BAKE OUT
In addition to ultrasonic cleaning in our vapor degreaser, you can also contact RVS Clean for the firing of your products. This enables us to also reduce molecular outgassing. We are happy to advise you on the possibilities at RVS Clean.
PICKLING & PASSIVATING
When processing stainless steel, a lot is expected of the material used. The welding, sanding, grinding and setting of stainless steel changes the composition and (local) contamination can occur due to the use of tools or simply due to new welds. At RVS Clean, we ensure that the products are pickled and passivated so that the products can withstand a long-term impact.
TRANSPORT
You can also contact RVS Clean for easy collection and delivery of your products. With our own transport service, we can guarantee fast turnaround times. If desired, we can safely and securely deliver your products to the agreed place at the agreed time. Even within 24 hours.
