The cleaning of surfaces goes beyond just dust particles and pollution, invisible pollution at the molecular level and even (static) electricity must also be considered. Reducing contamination in products and processes is an indispensable step to improve product lifespan and reduce unnecessary maintenance costs. Based on the philosophy that we can take surface post-treatment to a higher level together with our customers, we started using RVS Clean on 1 May. High-tech cleaning and cleanroom assembly. Accessible to all companies that need finished products with a high-level cleaning standard.
Hightech cleaning
For years, the treatment of metal surfaces has been the common thread that runs through our parent company RVS Finish. Improving and optimizing services around these products is in our blood. Cleanroom cleaning is therefore a self-evident service with which we can guarantee the best results.
On our shop floor we have the EcoCcore cleaning machine. This vapor cleaning machine ensures optimal results, in the shortest possible time. We use the standards of ASML where we can clean Grade 4 to even Grade 2.
But that alone is not enough: because in addition to the need for cleaned products, adding value around this process is just as important. And that is precisely the strength of RVS Clean. When developing our production process, we mainly looked at the needs of the market: end products with high quality, efficient logistics, speed and of course expertise.

Whether it concerns parts in the food industry, high-tech markets or simply a high level of cleaning is needed for our customers: we go for a 100% result. All products reviewed at RVS Clean achieve this 100%. Our entire process is set up in such a way that making mistakes is kept to a minimum. In addition to our ultrasonic cleaning line, we have expanded our machinery with the fully automatic EcoCcore cleaning machine. With the EcoCcore cleaning machine, we are taking an important step towards the future: specialist cleanroom cleaning at all levels. Even up to Grade 2.
Efficient logistics
To achieve fast turnaround times, it is indispensable to look at an efficient shop floor. During the design of our production environment, we worked with experts from the area to look for the best setup to process our customers’ products with as little contamination as possible. By means of in-house developed conveyor belts that are completely closed off from the outside world, all products are transported directly from the cleaning machine to our ISO class 5 cleanroom. This excludes the risk of new contamination. In our cleanroom, the products are checked, assembled and/or packaged with the greatest possible care by our team of specialists. Entirely according to the wishes and specifications of our customers.
Speed
Lead times are a crucial factor when it comes to delivering cleanroom products. Especially when it comes to parts that have a vital function in the manufacturing industry. Super fast delivery including assembly, packaging, RGA measurements and transport. We are therefore proud to announce that it is even possible to achieve a lead time of 24 hours. From delivery to delivery, if desired even with our own transport.
