Grade 4 vs Grade 2
Although the cleaning industry has long focused on the well-known Grade 4 method, in recent years there has been a shift to a new, even better variant: Grade 2 cleaning. This has everything to do with the fact that the requirements for Grade 4 cleaning and packaging were becoming easier to achieve, so more and more companies chose to carry out this service themselves. With Grade 2 cleaning and packaging, the acceleration is therefore stepped up a notch, which leads to even better results.
Meets all requirements
Not everyone can just say that they can clean and package products at Grade 2 level. Numerous strict quality and safety requirements must be met for this. The current standard that is set for this is ISO 14644-1. Within this standard, RVS Clean uses class 5, which means that all work in the cleanroom is processed with a maximum of 100 particles per cubic meter. This is a huge achievement. In addition to ISO Class 5, RVS Clean also meets the ASML standards. All in all, there is little to complain about here.
