What can you expect?
At RVS Clean we use the multifunctional EcoCcore cleaning machine. This machine cleans using modified alcohol and performs Grade 2 cleaning in just one step. So you can always count on a short lead time. At the end of the process, we will have the following things arranged for you:
In the cleanroom, the product is cleaned of visible contamination, such as dust particles, and invisible contamination, such as contamination at the molecular level and (static) electricity. The products are assembled completely according to your wishes. After cleaning and assembly, the products are carefully packaged. The cleaned products will be sent as soon as possible. RGA measurements. RVS Clean has periodic RGA measurements carried out to monitor the process. So all you have to do to have your products cleaned at Grade 2 level is to pass on your request to our customer service. We take care of the rest.
